Delete your account and data.
You can remove your account and the data linked to it at any time. The fastest way is from inside the game itself: open your Profile screen, tap the three dot menu, and choose Delete Account. If you cannot get to that screen, email us and we will do it for you.
Option 1: delete it yourself in the app
This is the quickest route and works without waiting on us.
- Open the game and go to your Profile screen.
- On the Profile screen, tap the three dot menu in the top corner.
- Choose Delete Account from that menu.
- Confirm when the game asks you to. Your account and its data are removed.
Option 2: email us instead
If you have uninstalled the game, cannot sign in, or cannot reach the three dot menu on your Profile screen, send us an email and we will remove your data for you.
Please write from the same email address you used to sign in to the game. That is how we identify the account to delete. If you write from a different address we will not be able to match it, and we will have to ask you to send the request again.
It helps if you tell us which game you played, though we can usually work it out from your account.
